I receive an error when trying to checkout for a Legacy Collective giving circle. What should I do?

If you are receiving an error when trying to checkout/join a Legacy Collective Giving Circle, please check the following before trying agin:

1. Make sure you are using an active card and all of your information is filled in correctly 

2. If you already have an account with Pure Charity, please log in to your account before completing the checkout process for Legacy Collective.
